Only had one elk butchered by someone else but do to the long travel I'm thinking about getting it butchered and frozen before heading back east. I heard of Rhonda's or Pioneer .

Those two you mention are in Flagstaff and if you are going that far then I would say just go to Casey Hayes in Doney Park.

Used Casey’s. Great outfit, quick turn around and they’ll make up chorizos for you that is awesome, even with the wick turn around. FYI this was 2014 and they only took cash!

Don’t know about Williams, but I used Casey’s in Flagstaff last year, and would definitely drive an hour to get there. Just took some of his summer sausage with jalapeños and cheese out of the fridge.

I've used Casey's before as well, great service, clean, lots of options. Cute employee's.

Those that used Casey's what kind of turnaround did they have and what did it cost to do a elk

$1 per pound wrapped I believe. Think I had 10# chorizo made- $308. I requested 6 days. Had a change of plans, they had it done in four and I think they probably would have done it sooner. They get your animal in the cooler minutes after u arrive. Very professional. These were 2014 rates
