Any good jerky recipes?

I opened the post about the air fryer and we got a lot of good info. I made up some venison burger. Made a couple of batches. Took a few hours for each batch. But, good stuff. I used a store bought brand, it was pretty salty. But, it was good. Now, if you guys have some recipes that you would like to share that would be great. We are also getting a multi rack for the air fryer, so we can do more. Again thanks, davep

Ghost425 has a couple of great recipes on this thread (see link)...I made the sweet and spicy recipe, it was fantastic!
