Wow! That ought to sting a bit..
OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- Men from Missouri and Wisconsin are the latest to be sentenced in a federal probe of illegal hunting connected to a Broken Bow outfitting business.
Federal prosecutors say 32-year-old Jacob Wideman, of Pevely, Missouri, and 40-year-old Duane Mulvaine, of Fox Lake, Wisconsin, were sentenced last week in Omaha's federal court. Wideman received a year of probation and was ordered to pay $10,000 in fines and restitution for shooting a mule deer with a firearm during archery season in 2017, with the help of Hidden Hills Outfitters's owner. Mulvaine was sentenced to five years' probation and ordered to pay $95,000 in fines and restitution for six violations carried out between 2012 and 2017 with Hidden Hills' help.
n investigation determined that between September 2012 and April, 2018, Jacob Hueftle, HHO, and other conspirators provided guiding and outfitting services to hunting clients for the unlawful taking of no less than 97 big game animals or wild turkeys in violation of Nebraska State Law including 30 white-tailed deer, 34 mule deer, six pronghorn, and 27 wild turkey.

This the one's associated with Bomars?
I wonder if that’s why the fines were so high. Bowmar has been able to stay out of it so far. Everyone around him has crumbled. Is his time coming?!
Him and Sarah have both been charged.
What would be Bowmar's connection?
That's my hometown. Glad they are cleaning out the trash! I am sure there are more to come.
Josh and Sarah both hunted with the outfitter that is in question
Some people should never be able to hunt (or fish or trap) in any state for the remainder of their lives.
Is Josh Bowmar the clown that likes to see how far he can shoot a animal with his bow?
I had to google them,meh.
Bowmar outed the capped OTC unit I hunt. Mega douch bag. Yes he did take a stupid long shot and shot a great bull after a grossly exaggerated “struggle” over the week.
Aren’t they the ones that got dropped by UA for spearing they bear in Canada?

Looks like the owner got sentenced to some time behind bars and a big dollar amount of restitution as well. They just keep getting more and more. Which is good!
I'd say they're 'fubar', wouldn't you Chris? :) Good...
About time they start getting tough.
Wonder if these fines and sentences are final, after the appeals process. If so that's great. So much of this stuff starts out strong and fades as the process plays out
