Is there anywhere online I can find draw odds for the National Elk Refuge permission slips?

It's a zoo. Good luck. I would email WG&F and ask about those odds, maybe a FB post, they will answer. Maybe call our local Laramie office and ask, those folks are great and know their stuff .

call the access coordinator for that hunt or you can call the main office and ask for licensing and jennifer or one of the others can get you that info

hThanks! That was my next plan, they are really nice and helpful in Jackson. On my bison hunt the warden was going in to help some guys get an elk out jsut to be nice. We helped, he was almost late to get his wife from the airport! Very helpful, nice and friendly.
