In the middle of the season. I’m not shooting it, I’ll switch to one of my many backup bows. A recurve.

A good IPA says you’re gonna have so much fun with the “back-up” that you’ll never go back!
But I am glad for you that you noticed that when you did....

Hope you kill it with a recurve! That does not look fun at all though

Ouch! Glad you caught that before it caught you!!!
Good lock with the rest of your hunt. Stick bows are at least easier to carry:)

I’m actually very excited about finishing the season with a recurve. I’m going with my vintage Browning Nomad.

Well more or less a blowtech bow. Glad you found out not a full draw. I know it a old bow but worth contacting them they probably will replace limbs.

I feel your pain. I had a Jennings Model T years ago, upper limb blew apart. Years later, a PSE Laser Magnum at 80#, the handle broke in half! I had shot it for years when it happened. PSE replaced the handle for free, but I had to buy another bow since it was close to hunting season. Once the handle was replaced & the bow tuned the next summer, I sold the replacement PSE Nova that I had bought in the interim.
Best of luck with the backup! I have a "few" backups including a Matthews DXT, Black Widow recurve and more for my current Hoyt Carbon Defiant.
