5 Pin Sight - Larger pins (.025-.029)

Looking for a sight that has larger pins. My older eyes struggle with all of the .019 pins. I have an old black gold sight that has .029 pins but it is on its last leg. Any help?. Can I buy a sight with .019 pins and buy replacement pins? TIA
