Hunting in the wrong spot

Climbed up in this spot this morning hoping to get a doe. After the eleventh buck came by I have concluded there is no does in this area. Fun problem to have i suppose.

I feel your pain. Happened to me once in eastern CO when I had a late season doe tag. Only saw bucks, including the biggest whitetail I've ever seen alive. I never did get a shot at a doe. Then I took my wife out there and she shot a doe with her rifle at 30 yards in about a half hour. Go figure.

Scrappy, I had sort of the same luck this past Saturday morning. Second sit in this stand, had 5 bucks, 3 at 10yds, other 2 just under 20 yards. Didn’t see any does which is very unusual from this stand. To early in the season to hang my any deer tag on a nice buck when there are real nice ones around. Where are the does when you want one? Lol

This is me. For the last few years seems I have trouble finding a doe. Bucks come by often. Maybe I need to rethink my strategies.
