I have more pics and was starting to look at them when I started having issues. Firt suddenly I could not scroll pic to pic. I pulled card out and put it back in and now I get all kinds of error messages. Drive not accessible, format card etc. I had been looking at pics on this card minutes ago. I have tried rebooting, blowing dust out, wiping of card, rebooting computer. Nothing works. I have a lot of great pics but it now seems impossible to read them? I tried other cards and most I now I have the same issue with? Ideas? I am using a Targus card reader on my desktop HP windows 10

Young buck that has uncommonly good genetics.

Try a laptop if you have one. I have an SD card that wouldn't work in my desk top but worked in my wife's laptop.

Thats a split g3 so technically not a typical 12. Not to mention that buck would be dead long ago according to the date:)

I agree that his right G3 has a common base with two points, but what do I know?

I only see 5 points on the left. Appears to be a 10 pointer with a split G3.

Do you think he's 3? I'd have guessed him at 2.5.

I don’t see too many, but here is one. Usually they turn out to be 6x5’s..

I have a 12, a mainframe 8, with split 1's and 2's. Young though - I think he is only 3.5 so probably will pass...

Killed this 3 year old mainframe 13 pt back in 2007(gun). I would have loved to have seen him make 4. He had 21 scorable points. 160” frame plus 16” of trash. I hunted him nearly every day of Oct and Nov. Saw him a handful of times before killing him the last day of a two week gun season at 40 yards. I had taken my bow most days that I took my gun in case he presented a bow shot but that day I didn’t. I have always regretted it. When I rolled him over to take pictures his offside ham was infected and missing hide in a 6”x10” patch. He had been wounded by the neighbors ballistic tip hitting weeds and fragmenting. His g5&6 are crabby and hard to see in the grainy pic.

I doubt he is 2.5 years old. I do think it is a split g3 it is really hard to tell if he has 5 or 6 on the right side. Need more pics. I have seen quit a few bucks with antlers like this "curving out tines" and 1 more point on 1 side. The metroparks have shot a LOT of does around me so better feed so maybe a younger deer. Plus that would explain not seeing him in last years pics (to young to ID). Nearby construction could have pushed him into me area.

More pics on card I no loner can read. Still really weird because it was working flawlessly then stopped. How is that even possible? ggrrr

The are absolutely not very common, especially a true 12 typical. I shot this one a few years back that is a pretty clean and symmetric 12....but does have a little kicker on one brow (can't see it on pic)

I have seen more droptine bucks in my life than typical 12 point bucks that have grown evenly. 1 in the last 30 years.

A symmetrical 12 I shot. I would trade 12's for drop tine bucks in a heartbeat. Never had a shot at a droptine.

Catscratch i want a typical 12 like yours with double drops, that is if we are wishing might as well swing for the fence right.

Since I got us wishing... might as well through a couple of 12" brows on that symmetrical 12 with double drops.

I’m with catscratch. Typical 12s aren’t very common, but I’ve seen way more of them, than drop tines. I’ve actually only seen one with a big drop. I got pics of “Chiquita” a few years back. This was the first pic that I got of him.

Talk about disappointing! I ended up killing him late in the year. He was a bully and would push any other buck off the plot. He broke off practically every tine he had, except the drop. I think he ended up scoring something like -7 ;-)

He is one heck of a buck! Typical 10 with split G3 and sticker points on both brow tines at least 14 points, likely more.
