Alberta government has just announced an initiative to shorten the covid quarantine time to forty eight hours for those crossing the border by land or air. A negative test would mean no fourteen days required. Hopefully other provinces (and states) can jump on board.
I don't know how to post a link, but I'm sure someone can google the subject and link it to give hope to those aching to head north for spring bear.

JL, it’s federally approved.
Pretty sure Turdoh would be more than willing to use the West as lab rats, especially if there was a chance they’d all die!
