Deer are born all year long. It's probably a problem for that specific fawn, but I wouldn't read too much into it.

Yes problem!! Way to manny doe’s getting bred in Jan in stead of mid to late Nov,early Dec... start wackin Doe instead of the famous “Meat buck” not saying u do but that’s how it is East Colorado

Hondo its a small property but its only had 1 deer taken off of it in the last 40 years a doe about 5 years back.

Just a month or two behind. Most of my fawns still had spots a month or two ago. I would guess the doe was a fawn last winter and came in heat late.
