Sec. Bernhardt will be in Minnesota tomorrow to announce delisting of wolves for the lower 48. Saw this movie before. Wonder how long before they have this back in the courts in front of Judge Malloy again and he stops it again. Former Fish and Wildlife Director, now president of Defenders of Wildlife (sounds like such a worthwhile group) said delisting is premature and reckless. Just seems to me with all the real social issues in the world, particularly inner cities, that some of these smart people could find something worthwhile to do. sigh....

Well with a new Supreme Court Judge freshly sworn in, and a slew of other federal judges sworn in the last couple of years, (thank you Mr President) you’d think that some of these nonsensical issues can finally be put to rest at some point.

I’m guessing that appeals by animal rights fools will be coming shortly.

Problem is that ARs can go judge-shopping, and there are plenty of other "Judge Malloys" out there, thanks to Barry Soetero's leftist appointments and his buddy Harry Reid eliminating the filibuster for federal judges. This needs to get to a right-leaning federal appeals court. Even the 9th ruled on our favor last time. So there is hope.
