After 16 years I drew my tule cow tag

Congrats how hard of tag to get was that?
I was waiting to draw a bull tag but because I was 2 points behind max tags , unless I got very lucky on the lottery tag , it would of took me another 20 to get to max points ,So it’s a species thing for me that I accomplished.i believe you can draw this tag in about 12 years

My Tule cow from last year was about as good an eating elk as I've had! Just super! I took my 6 cubic foot freezer and vacuum sealer down on the hunt (Aug 1) and spent a full day cutting and packing the meat and freezing it before returning home. Just had to grind and pack burger when I got back...wife appreciated that. The cow filled the freezer up totally full.
