Quebec fly in

Has anyone done a Quebec fly in moose hunt? Looking at different options. Any recommendations? have been to Newfoundland now looking at doing a semi diy hunt and some walleye fishing. I know it takes 2 hunters to harvest a moose and I am ok with that would rather see my son get one anyway. thanks for any info
