Happy Thanksgiving also. Only Tricia and I and sure, Chase the wonder dog. Brined the 14# wild turkey for 18 hrs, baked it in a clay baker breast down. All there is left to do is cut into the pumpkin pin and then left overs for the next few day.. my best, Paul

Fried us up a 20lb Turkey hadn't done that in 20 years. Was a big hit none left with 6 people scarfing it up :)
