The outfitter review section of this site is a great benefit. some of the stories, good and bad are worth the price of admission to this site, or would be if there was a price, but we get the value for free!

Check out this one for Whitetail Heaven Outfitters. It is hard to fathom such a crappy experience. WOW

There will be several positive reviews if the pattern continues.

At least they didn't have to share cots.....just saying, it could have been worse. Some of the reviews are pretty funny.

I thought I had a bad experience in Iowa, but damn, this takes the cake.

No deer sightings...Sounds like Amish Coon hunters have moved through the area.

"There will be several positive reviews if the pattern continues."

This has been a pattern with Whitetail Heaven, check out all of their reviews. One guy even posted pictures of this garage with Army cots last year. One guy one year had to sleep in the owners Grandma's basement. Year after year, bad reviews from these guys. It is hard to believe people don't do their vetting when choosing an outfitter.

They have a great website, and one of the bow hunting magazines did an article on them probably 10 years ago. Maybe at one time they were good, but got greedy. And yes, the positive reviews will flow now.

Wonder if this is one of the main attractions to WHO?

If it is then it’s totally understandable why the guide could not make it to pick up the hunter in the morning. He was probably hanging with Hannah

Many of the reviews say that the food sucks.

12-Dec-20
The food pictures look much different than pbj sandwiches. Guys being duped may want to consider reporting this to the AGs in both KY and OH. Cross border business may even invite federal oversight?

If the discrepancy between what is advertised and what is delivered is as blatant as alleged, hopefully some of these folks can receive partial refunds.

The red flag to me is all of the raffles and contests they run for big $$$$$$.

I completely on the outfitters side, if people are so stupid they can't do a simple Google search I'd keep taking the idiots money.

Actually wish I could be this dishonest. The world is so full of dumb people with to much money.

I can’t believe with the availability of whitetail deer, anyone would pay to go to a camp that had 25 other hunters there.

I get trespass fees, I get outfitters that are legit. But, if you got a service handling 75-100 people a year, you aren’t getting a $3000 hunt.

I think that Hannah chick has a You Tube channel.. I am pretty sure I seen her cooking a stuffed tender lion a few nights ago. The tender loin looked pretty good but then the camera man showed Hannah in the kitchen cooking in cut off blue jean shorts and cowboy boots. For some reason I soon lost interest in the venison tender loin.

Well let's be clear, you lost interest in the VENISON loins!

I get kick out of anyone who pays for an outfitter for whitetail!! Unless you literally only have a week to hunt there are way to many opportunities to hunt whitetails for very little. I hunted 3 states this year and killed 3 good bucks and I did it for a total of around 2500 and that is 17 days out of state hunting in Iowa and Nebraska. Its whitetail not moose, big bears or something that is hard to get access to hunt! Shawn

Its just that though, scooby. There are a ton more ppl that dont have the time, knowledge and confidence to do the DIY stuff. No, its not hard...for those that are lucky enough to possess all the things necessary to do it. But i think in the grand scheme of things we r more the minority than the majority. Outfitters have their place, at least the legit ones that actually provide a quality experience and also care about the resource.

I do fully agree tho, that a little work researching and the experience coulda been easily avoided.

I understand the time to hunt thing, but I guess that should of been party of my point!! If you are gonna spend 3 to 5 grand to hunt at least use your head and do your homework. I also understand that 20 years ago or longer these mistakes were easier to make, but with the WWW out there today there is no excuse for being duped!! Shawn
