Still Bowsite is my first been a member since 1996. Then MonsterMuleys, OYOA Hunt Talk, Archery Talk, Eastman’s Journal, GoHunt, OnX & Toprut. These are focused on western hunting. Then I got some local websites for Midwest deer & turkey stuff.

I’ve been here since ‘96 as well and is my go to many times daily hit that being said Rokslide is easily my second. Started on Rokslide's for the classifieds, but found out how great the forums where for all types of hunting. Love the DIY mods off Rokslide. Obviously western back country hunting plays a role, but it really does have a good following for whitetails as well.

Bowsite, Rokslide, AT..... in that order. I hunt both rifle and archery. I make no apologies for that. The experience is what I'm about. I have no archery elitism. I am just as passionate about rifle hunting as Bow hunting. I think a lot of members on here are afraid to say that. The hunting community should be just that.... a community. Nobody is going to agree on everything, every time. That's fine. Don't take every comment as though it is personally directed at you. It's okay for everyone to have their own opinions. That's what our country was founded on. It's also fine for anyone to disagree with your comments. No one says you have to like it. Life's going to bite you in the ass, regardless of who you are, what you do. I just hope we all cherish this country we live in, and do our best to preserve the cornerstones on which it was founded.

Bowsite for sure.
Monstermuleys has too many keyboard a-holes (although I have met a couple good guys there).
The prolific hate for non-residents on Rokslide has kept me logged off more often than not.
Youtube is good. A year+ ago there weren't nearly as many advertisements. Now it's flat out annoying.
In a strange way it's all good because the annoyances have deterred me from being online nearly as much. I'm much more likely to pick up a good book, or ride my dirt bike...wait a minute, that hasn't worked out well for me this year.

Bowsite. Occasionally Ill check out MeatEater, BHA's site and the NEBBC's site. I see stuff from a few local groups FB pages every day and one international hunting group on FB as well. But that's passive. I look on their to see if family or friends posted anything interesting and will see a few things from those groups. Bowsite and those other few are the only ones I actively seek out.
