Does anyone know anything about this bill? What I have read thus far is Montana wants to put 60% of the nonresident big combo tags to outfitter only, what doesn’t get fill goes back to everyone else. They vote on it tomorrow. Go hunt has a article and I think Big fin did a podcast.
