Wife took the kids to a trampoline park for a birthday party. I cooked me up some elk tenderloin and potatoes for supper!

We had corned deer roast with new potatoes, carrots, cabbage and black eyed peas. And I'm having leftovers for lunch.

I ate almost the whole thing. Saved some for my wife and she tells me to eat the rest of it! I listened to her wisdom. Lol
Tonight’s menu is either beef filets or elk green chili & cheddar bratwurst.

A few days ago we had elk tacos. My wife spreads the hb onto a corn tortilla then folds it over and fries it in a pan with a little oil. Add whatever you want after. I did green chili, lettuce, cheese, and a little onion. She adds some special seasoning I use to inject briskets and pork roasts with to the hb as well. Always something good to eat at my house!
