Fred bear instinct $$$price brand newContributors to this thread:
Just picked this bow up for $60... Curious what they went for brand new... I believe it's a 2007-2008 model
2006 Fred Bear Instinct Specs: Brace height- 7 ½" Draw Length - 26" - 31" Draw weight - 50, 60, 70 Axle to Axle - 31" Mass Weight- 4.1 lbs Let Off - 75% IBO Speed - 305 fps MSRP - $399.00
It feels like a solid well built bow. I got it thinking I'd give it to my dad and get him back into archery but I'm really considering keeping it for myself and using it instead of my bowtech convergence. My bowtech feels like it would snap into pieces if I dropped it from a tree but this bear could take 20ft falls all day everyday. Also I really like the grip
Wow I'm shocked the msrp was only $400. It feels so much more solid then my $600 convergence
BigDan hunted or should I say killed a lot of elk with an Instinct I bought a close out at Bear for I think 200 bucks still have it.A very solid bow I’m mostly shooting an Elite Senergy after shoulder surgery.Good luck Lewis
I used to have one as well. Never had any complaints. It was a good shooting bow.
Just surprised me because the bowtech a have feels like after a few years of uses I'll have to glue it back together and this bear feels like it would last forever.
I bought it thinking I'd give it to my dad or use it as a back up bow but i just might make it my main bow. ATleast for this coming year.
Yeah, I have a 1967 Wing Thunderbird I was thinking about stringing up this year...,
You wheelie guys are pretty funny....
Ok???? U want a pat on the back? Go get em tiger
So how is it that you guys can be so funny, and yet so utterly lacking in any sense of humor whatsoever?
I have sense of humor. I respect people who decide to hunt the way u do. I just don't get what's so funny is all?
Don’t worry about GF yourself, he rubs most folks wrong.
