Wyoming Commissioner's tags you need to select which species between elk, deer, or antelope and select a particular hunt/area. The tags are just as if you drew a tag for a specific hunt, no extended season.

117 tickets sold in the last 24 hrs. Also 7 new memberships, thanks one and all. BUT.... odds are the winning ticket hasn't been sold yet. If you DON'T want to hunt Wy this fall just sit on your hands, but if you DO want to hunt in Wy put those same hands on that keypad and buy a ticket. .....Mike

I encourage everyone to buy the non winning tickets to support BOW. I always renew my BOW membership when I buy a raffle ticket. BUT I did not purchase a membership this time. ONLY because I renewed earlier this year. (I did not want to bring bad juju upon myself!)

Also keep in mind, in most of the state/commission raffles used to cap at 200-250 sold. The organizations (due to supply/demand) have raised raffle caps. 400 is the new 200! Not faulting them. The primary objective is to raise money. Not ensure ticket purchasers have good odds!

A few details, the ticket number was 396 and Calvin bought it 5/19, which was Wed. He had bought another ticket earlier, he is a bowsiter and heard about it on bowsite, Calvin just heard yesterday that he didn't draw his nonresident tag, well guess what ...miracles do happen. When Susan just talked to him he hadn't heard yet. Garrett Baker from Indiana won the soft sided cooler with ticket no. 46 and he is also a bowsiter. Paul Vice from Indiana won the 2 yr BOW membership with ticket 379, he is a bowsiter and a current BOW member. The tickets were drawn by Sgt Mullikin of the Sheridan Co. Sheriffs office and live on Facebook. Thanks one and all for your interest in WYOMING.......Mike

I guess we could just say it was a bunch of BS. I don't know of any other sites other than BOW and the Wyo G&F commission site. Tom Hurley, BOW secretary, had it on Facetube and maybe Youbook and possibly others. I don't know anything about that stuff. I guess BOW is on one of them.....Mike

Just to be clear, BOW raffles the tag and remember we could auction it off and get more money but then the little guy has no chance. BUT... the tag is given to us by a G&F commissioner and we never got one until very late in the game. Commissioner Mark Jolovich came through for us and we (you) owe a great debt of gratitude to him. ...Mike
