Anyone have any feedback on them? I was looking for some lighter spine arrows for my stepson last week and they were the only ones I could find with the shafts I was searching for so I gave them a try. I got a confirmation email and nothing but crickets since. It's been a little over a week now. I have tried using their contact form and got nothing. Same with their voicemail. Their chat feature doesn't get any response.
