I'm looking for a few guys that would like to join us on our elk lease this year. I've had the lease for the last 16 years and some guys can't make it this year. My week is September 12-16, archery or muzzy. 1,300 acres of private land with cabin, borders 1,500 acres of public land with extremely difficult access. Steamboat, CO. Unit 214. What quality of bulls are expected? Success rate?

Typical Colorado OTC bull quality but on private land. Raghorns and 5x5's and a few 6x6's. I'd say 50% success on legal bulls more on cows.
