Bushnell By Primos trail cams?

Reading an article on the latest trail cameras, a new Busnell model is on the list. (I had previously noticed that Cabelas was discounting/clearance-ing all their Bushnells.) Looked up the new one and it's listed as 'Bushnell By Primos.'

So, has Bushnell given up on this segment? Did Primos buy the name? (At least for cams.)

And does anyone have experience with these new units?
