Is it necessary to align every arrows fletching to go thru the biscuit in the same place?

I really don't know, but I do. I have he notch in mine to drop the arrow in.

Norm, when I used a WB, I did just that, align fletching same position. Over time you might pick up a few fps as the fletching may open up a thinner grove if the fletching passes through the same position.

You don't want any of your vanes going thru that black bottom (6 o'clock) spot. I've been shooting one for many years and love it for hunting. 15 or 20 years and zero issues. I do change my biscuit every 2 years. Vanes should be at the 12, 4 and 8 oclock positions when in the rest.

Teeton said it best... WB is all I've ever used and I really like them. 15 plus years and no major issues.

I make sure mine are about the same and never through the black

What teeton said. I nock tune all my arrows through paper and have my fletcher set up to align at 12,4 and 8. I've toyed with making a change to a drop away but the biscuit just plain works, is bullet proof and mostly idiot proof(that's why I use it).
