True information on entering Canada

For those out there wanting to travel to Canada there seems to be a lot of misinformation circulating about the procedure and then returning home after your hunt. You can return back to the US without a test and no other quarantine measures.Only unvaccinated persons would need tested or would be prohibited.The media is spreading a lot of false information.You can travel as a fully vaccinated person both ways. Anyone wishing to add to this please do.All indications are that there are no major issues crossing into Canada and the movement is proceeding well.

No lol Grape I’m saying that there’s a lot of confusion over returning home after your hunt.Many believe the US won’t let them back in.Which is not true.

Alexis it’s not getting into Canada that’s they are concerned about it’s the misconception that they can’t return back to the US after their hunts.

It’s th e ones that r flying where the guys r wondering about where to get a test to go back. That’s more of a problem then by land no problem getting back.

Our first round of Bear hunters arrive Friday and Saturday. All are quite sure they will not have any issues. They did their homework on border issues. I will keep all posted on any unforeseen instances we come across.... Amused is correct that US Citizens have no testing once they cross back into the US. Come and enjoy Canada!!
***By the way, there are Americans all over here, enjoying our area, as I write this.

When a person is picked for a random test, he takes the test with him or her with them to their destination. Then must go online and do the test in front of a nurse. Just found this info out. Sounds like your destination needs to have WIFI.

Amused, Americans who are in Canada can drive to the USA without a test, vaccinated or not. The problem is that they can’t come to Canada without being vaccinated. And a Canadian still can’t drive to the USA vaccinated or not, hopefully that changes on Aug 21. We will see…
