Seems symmetrically dented on both sides under the eyes running towards the nose. Can't really find anything on the effects of CWD except for losing weight and behavioral issues. Is it just my eyes playing with me?
Any guesses?

Normal looking deer for this time of the year. When you kill it and eat it, If it tastes like chicken it probably had chicken pox.
