IF I a guy took a seed spreader and broadcast corn once every week over 5 acres would it be considered a food plot or baiting?

To me......spread it then roll it into the ground....good to go. I haven't seen any laws that say you can't plant a bait plot year round. I would only do (try?) that on an existing bait plot though. I would not walk into the middle of the woods and try to do that. Ya have acorns for that.....
