Amazing story. True hero’s, Can’t imagine. It was amazing to see how unified our country was following 9-11, yet pretty sad to see it so divided today. God bless America

Bowhunter magazine did a story on him shortly after the event

Wow. Very powerful. I was 9 years old when this happened, 3rd grade. Remember it like it was yesterday. Went to a small private school and my mom had guys from my grandfathers plumbing company (my current job) bring TVs down to the school so the teachers and everyone knew what was up… I know a lot of people were wondering if the kid should be watching, in the end, I’m glad they did. We saw a lot learned a lot and I think all learned a lot of respect for the men and women in all LE positions that went into action that day…

It makes me sad to see the state of our country now, as opposed to post 9/11, and the patriotism shown then. I, also wonder, if we’ll ever return to God, Country and Family. I certainly hope so! There is no greater calling than those who serve others. Will Jimeno is certainly one who answered the call!! We should all be thankful.

Will was the guest speaker at the Indiana Bowhunter Association annual banquet back in 2009 (thanks to M.R. James) . Incredible man with a strong message. There wasn't a dry eye in the room. First and only time I can recall a banquet hall staff putting their duties on hold and joining an audience of bowhunters to listen to our guest speaker.
