When I first saw this deer's tracks, I thought it was an elk. I never weighed it, wish I had, but I'm sure he was over 300# live weight.

Some real whoppers! We had a buck years back that was so big when he ran the fat just rolled. It was something to see. This was back before the days of cameras and we never knew what happened to him.

We had this guy get hit on the road in front of the cabin early August. You can see how palmated he was and that was a few weeks earlier. Pretty sad
