Sk archery elk started August 25. On the 31st this guy came in silent to 12 yds. Even with a double lung shot he made it 250yds before going down. Oct 1st it was my draw moose tag. On day 3 I was able to call I this 47inch bull to 35yds. A double lung pass through and he was down in 50yds. It was my 1st archery moose and most memorable hunt of all time. Later that week I headed 6hrs south for my draw mulie hunt. With only 2 days to hunt I took the ML. I was looking for a buck I had seen since 2015 that I now estimated would be 9.5 or 10.5 yrs old. In 2018 and 2019 when he was peaked I had him drop as I shot over his back with archery both times. On day two I found him. He had regressed a ton, but was still a huge trophy to me as I took him at 80yds with the ML. With all the tags filled I'm going to try to find a good whitetail at this point.

Put out a cam for this guy on the weekend. I suspect he has grown a lot. I was thinking he was 3.5yrs last year
