Was looking for a cheap broadhead target and couldn't find anything cheap. My kids had a few of those foam floor tiles that got me thinking. Actually worked better than I thought it would. Nothing fancy, a little duct tape and done deal. You can get a pack of 16 12x12 tiles on Amazon for $16. Not sure how durable it will be, but works better than those junk Walmart layered targets.

This was a shot at 20 yards with a 70lb Elite Synergy, Ramcat head, about 480 grain arrow. Stopped it pretty good.

I’ve added those to the front of a shot out target. Main issue was it wasn’t self healing and I quickly started cutting out big chunks. It would work in a pinch.

Just stuff some rags in a feed sack and tie it shut.

Can't shoot broadheads into a rag target, be great for field points I bet! Good idea.
Ucs I was worried about that, the couple shots I was surprised it healed up pretty good. Probably won't last forever, but maybe a season.

Put a couple ratchet straps around that bundle and tighten it up.
I do that with a shot out Block target

I built a smaller version of mike the cheeseheads target. (Using 2" pink foam panel) I think it is 24" x 24". (One panel) and I Gorilla tape/strap it. If I have to dump it because of travel space, I am not out much.

I wonder if it would work better or last longer if you shot the sides. Kind of like shooting the layers on the block targets?

In my neck of the woods we would call that Redneck Ingenuity. Probably won't last long, but will serve its purpose. Well done!
