Guided hunt ideas to hunt rut in Dec/Jan

After November, does anyone keep chasing the rut in other states like Texas, MS, AL, or others? It would be interesting to hear from any who go out of state or live in states where the rut is December or January. Outside of Texas, there does not seem to be many outfitted hunt options.

Arizona or Mexico for coues deer. Im not familiar with Texas, but these would be your best bet for outfitted hunts.
