So a little different age this question. Is this buck 1 or 2?

I was watching him this morning and wondering. If he’s 1 he’s an exceptional yearling for my area. If he’s 2, meh. . . Nothing too impressive

He was with a little spike and was just barely bigger than the spike

No way that is 1.5 based on the body. At least 2.5+

Lot'a bone for a yearling and his face looks older than his body. Maybe a runt?

Always go with me the most probable answer

If he’s 1 it’s a 1 per enter

Two is the likely reality

I'd guess a fat 2.5 yo. Good food sources in the area?

2.5, even Midwest bucks at 1.5 don’t have that mass

I'm in the 2.5 year old camp on this one.

No way that deer could be 1.5

2.5, Neck and shoulders are to thick for a 1.5 year old buck.

2.5 minimum, IMHO

Yep that’s what I call your stereotypical 2.5 yr old 115in 8 point. I killed my share of those guys in my youth.

2.5, and if that’s 115 I’m 12”

Well maybe he’s 95”;) I’m not too good at scoring small deer and he is a tad small for a 2.5 yo.
