Need to know if there is any part of Iowa that has over the counter licenses for sale-to archery deer hunt

I don't believe there are any NR OTC deer licenses in Iowa unless you're a friend of the Lee and Tiffany or a country music star? :)

And I am guessing on the preserve hunting there is no license involved at all
Asking because I have a friend son that is going to make a huge mistake

There are ways to get a tag though- they offer "governor's" tags at auction if you don't have the points and have the money.

There is a "Holiday deer tag" valid from 12/25-1/1 if there are leftover doe tags for that County.They are ONLY available in person OTC.
