Never have, never will. Wrist strap release though. I learned old school when there was no such thing as a wrist strap on your bow.

I practice religiously with a bow wrist sling but take it off my bow when I am hunting during the rut. Practice use ensures good form - no use during the season ensures being ready for a shot.

Took mine off maybe 10 years ago. Seemed like just one more thing to do before taking a shot at game. I also like my stabilizer to be tightened against the riser not the leather or whatever material the sling mount is constructed from.

I did for years, got rid of it, not needed on todays bow, and can get in the way when hunting, especially when things happen fast
