I recently sent a Slow Glow hunting light to be repaired, not under warranty. Although I was prepared to pay for any parts and labor needed to repair the unit, the good folks at Slow Glow made repairs at no charge.
That kind of customer service is extremely rare these days, and I want to recommend Pam and her team (family) to anyone looking for hog or predator hunting lights. Great products and great people.
