Thanks BobAZ, this would be the late rifle bull elk hunt again in 27 or 1,2b,2c as those were the only two hunts we applied for. My dad isn't getting any younger, we had been holding out for an archery hunt but in 2018 we decided to burn a substantial amount of points and go hunt. We figured that was his one and done AZ elk hunt, what a bonus if he gets to do it again. We had an awesome time and both took nice bulls. I don't think he understood what tag he had in his pocket since we have spent most of our time chasing elk DIY in ID. He shot a nice 6 by 6 on day 2 but I could tell as the week went on he was second guessing his decision to pull the trigger. So pumped for him to get another chance, if we did in fact draw.

HuntingAdict, That is awesome nothing like hunting with family. I haven't drawn a Bull tag since 2011 and this year I put my wife on my application and what do you know we both are going hunting. This is going to be a epic hunt she's never hunted elk before just started hunting with me the last 2 years and I have to say she has done great. She has killed 2 nice Cous bucks each year but there's nothing like boggling elk. Can't wait.

Hit x2. 6A muzzleloader with my 16yo son. I hated not doing archery but I just couldn’t make the dates work. Drew in bonus pool with 10 points each. Excited to be heading back to AZ to chase elk!!

For those that reach out to me, I did change units a few years ago and have stayed with this new unit the last few draw appl.
Not being a 'Plick' but can't say the unit!
A good hint though, I stay on the Navajo Nation Reservation and hunt out daily.....
Although, I get an Airbnb home in Flagstaff for my scouting trip in the summer, as I have others ax me to check on the unit they have drawn, and Flag is more centrally located.

Not until they are listed in the portal or the email is sent. Last few years it has taken as long as two weeks for the results to be posted. However, it appears this year the draw went ‘smooth’, so they may post them sooner…..hopefully by next Friday!
