Hey Guys,
Just wondering if this press is still good to use on newer bows? Local guy is looking to sell it, and was thinking about picking it up.

Thanks, Nick. What's the issue? I know the newer ones compress from the limb tips.

I think with the short parallel limbs on most bows these days, that style of press just won't work.

Bowbender, It will do exactly as your handle says.....specifically the riser.

Between short limbs, parallel limbs and short A-A, those style won't work.

Thanks. I suspected as much with the shorter bows and parallel limbs. Just wanted to confirm.

Suggestion: Save the base and mount a Last Chance EZ bow press on it. That is what I did, and it works great!
