Late spring some of the relatives had some guys out last week they got a few down in the farmlands, no bear along the mountain they will move soon snow is just about gone thank goodness. I’m glad we r starting mid month into June hoping for a good safe one. Blessings

Yes he does Don he’s in good shape too with the long winter, some of the ones in the farmland were skinny the younger ones don’t do as well getting weight on and besides there still growing.

We don’t have to kill them big ones to prove Manitoba has big bears like anywhere and better than some places, if a guy is happy with a big bear we’re happy if there happy with a smaller bear we’re happy for them. We have some incredible bears nice to get a pic off them.

Seen the big guy again come in twice to 39 yards wouldn’t come in to bait then he got the sow mixed up with the boar and she got it ,first time hunter beautiful coat short recovery. We had a fun season with good memories lots of laughs doesn’t get any better. We want to thank Jesus Christ for safety and new friends. Blessings folks till this fall.

Just spent two of the best weeks of the year. Hunted with Desjardins the week of May 30th. Then traveled seven hours northwest to hunt Saskatchewan. Truly a bear Hunter’s dream.
