Owning it isn't enough. It's an ongoing reoccurring issue. Over and over. Get rid of the incompetence and get someone who understands the importance of getting these draws correct the first time. And to MT, YOU suck! At least proofread your damn statements for grammatical errors. I can't imagine releasing a statement that is written incorrectly that goes out to millions of people. They can't even write proper English! How the hell can they run a draw!?

I fixed it as i was working when i wrote that and just caught a second to do so and didn't get to proof read it. I'm also not sending out an official email from a government agency either. To me there's a huge difference although you may not agree az.
