Old man from NY, encounters a grizz while hiking in Wy. Article Implies he was alone and bear did not find him tasty as he survived. Interesting how he got rescued.

I was bowhunting whitetail in the general area around Wood River a couple of years ago. It was very weird having to be on alert for grizzly on a whitetail hunt. Plenty of sign.
