Hunting liability release form help

I have a property owner who wants to grant me permission to hunt on his property -- his concern is liability. I advised him that according to MN law he is not liable for any injuries to me, but would like to find something to verify that. I've tried to find a form addressing that - anyone know of a site for me to get that information from for Minnesota?

I'm going to look up MN state statutes next - just thought I would check here first to see if anyone has run into this issue and what you have done?
