Just discovered a new app for my phone, "SEEK". This thing is great. It identifies animals, birds, plants, & insects. You open the app and take a photo of the thing you want to identify (sometimes you have to move the camera around until it can get the required view) and it will identify the object. It is amazing and free. Works great for identifying plants & insects. Check it out; you can identify trees, or the weeds in your foodplots, or that strange insect.

It works best when plants are flowering. It can misidentify but is fairly accurate.
Kids now a days have it easy. We use to have to key out plants one by one for hours to get to species.
It’s a pretty cool app.

Will it identify harmful creatures to avoid, like rattlesnakes, black widows, and liberals? (-;
