Moisture in the Middle Belts

Anyone have any first hand information on conditions in the Middle Belt Mountains? I will be there first couple of weeks of Sept for the first time. Curios about the bugling activity compared to Northern CO. We always figured around the 12th things were gonna get good in N CO but wonder if it happens a shade earlier due to it being farther north. Come on Sept
