My cheap Brunton puked and I need a new one. Only for archery hunting whitetails on flat land. Suggestions? I’m a cheapskate and this one lasted me probably 10 years so I’d like to find another with good life as well.

Cheapskate here too. Want stuff to last, be well made for the purpose and do what it should. No frills. My old Bushnell (20+ years old) has been retired and replaced with the Tidewe. So far, but with only a half year of use, no complaints. Inexpensive, relative to the rest, seems well made and no issues.

I have been using and inexpensive one from amazon for 3 years now. No problems. It as angle compensation, tells the angle, scan mode etc. It is light weight and very compact, works to 650yds. At $45 If I have to replace it every 4 years it is still cheaper than the high dollar brands.
