Hey y’all do you rinse off the jerky after marinating over night or just pat it dry before putting it in the smoker.Thanks Lewis
I brine my jerky in a solution of 1/3 cup tender quick & 2 cups water overnight in the fridge. Then drain & rince thoroughly. Then add 1 cup brown sugar & 2 tablespoons ground black pepper. And smoke with maskeet.
