I haven't hunted with Flat top, but spoke with them about a hunt. If I was going to CO they would top of my list.

Bou, last I talked with flat top. Late last year early this year. He said you needed 1 point

12-Dec-22
Bou I talked to Forrest a month or two ago and he said 1 point.

Thanks one other question. When you have points do you have to cash all in at once or can you apply some and retain the rest

All at once. If you have 4 elk points and draw a 1 point unit as your 1st choice, you lose all 4 points.

There is a least some talk of point banking in next 5 year structure. So it is possible come 2025 you could cash in some of your points. I don't see it as likely but possible.

you need 2 points to guarantee drawing archery unit 33 in colorado

12-Dec-22
Empty freezer had 1 point and didn't draw. All 2 point non residents drew. Alot of 1 point guys did as well.

Me and my son hunted with Forest this September. We had 1 pt and didn’t draw. He was able to get us in his otc unit. We had several opportunities even though the weather was ungodly hot . 1 bull and 1 bear taken . Great food and service. Pm me if you have any questions. Thanks Dax
