I haven't hunted with Flat top, but spoke with them about a hunt. If I was going to CO they would top of my list.

Flat Tops with Forest! Buddy and I hunted with him in 2020 and had a great hunt! Good people!! Was 1 point then.

Thanks one other question. When you have points do you have to cash all in at once or can you apply some and retain the rest

All at once. If you have 4 elk points and draw a 1 point unit as your 1st choice, you lose all 4 points.

I had 2 points last year and didnt draw. This year ill have 3 and huntin with Forest.. Even if he doesnt want me :(

There is a least some talk of point banking in next 5 year structure. So it is possible come 2025 you could cash in some of your points. I don't see it as likely but possible.

you need 2 points to guarantee drawing archery unit 33 in colorado

Empty freezer had 1 point and didn't draw. All 2 point non residents drew. Alot of 1 point guys did as well.

Right now if you draw any tag your points go to 0

Me and my son hunted with Forest this September. We had 1 pt and didn’t draw. He was able to get us in his otc unit. We had several opportunities even though the weather was ungodly hot . 1 bull and 1 bear taken . Great food and service. Pm me if you have any questions. Thanks Dax

The drop in tag numbers really changed things. If the majority of the 1 point NR guys that didn’t draw (425-62=363) put in for that unit again with two points, rather than the 189 NR with two points last year, I predict some disappointed 2 point holders….
