That’s one o’ those ducktail heads with huge frontal area.

They may be the best thing since sliced bread for a high KE setup, but not something I need to try.

Looks like Ricky nailed it, appears to be the spitting image. What astounds me most is that the makers of the TNT were able to determine that the strongest, most aerodynamic, most technically sound configuration for cam strut bracing is actually a bikini gal. Who knew?! Must have taken years of finite analysis and trial and error to figure that out...
