Where's the outrage at CO treating NRs like that, lol. Wyoming needs to raise those cow elk prices as well now.

Most effective thing to send a message would be for nonresidents to boycott Colorado. That would hit the CPW HARD.
Please do this! ;-)

Good for CO. Wyoming should be next with $200 doe/fawn licenses.

Well, at least I don’t have to wonder whether or not I should spring for the bull tag next time.
I won’t say that I was unhappy being able to save a few hundred bucks with a cow tag, but still cheaper than lift tickets.

CPW has effectively priced NR's out of the game. No need to restrict tags, we just won't come around.

Azelkhntr - Yeah, I’m sure all of the OTC units will be completely vacant this fall.

Sorry Jaq. You know I'm hardcore. Couldn't raise the price enuf to keep me out. And lots of others no doubt. I remember a lot of years ago when the elk tag for NRs jumped from something to something like $250. My wife said gee, if it gets any higher I suppose you won't go. Looked at her and said they couldn't raise it that high. She chuckled and said I knew you'd say that! While I'm by no means wealthy, elk hunting is the highlight of my year. Nothing better than Fall in the mountains. So it's a priority.

That's why I gladly pay the money for the WY special draw...
